Custom engineering & exclusions
Bench studies, pilots and infrastructure deployments are custom-scoped. Travel, laboratory services, licensed engineering, permitting, equipment, construction, commissioning and specialist studies are quoted separately. Commercial structures — equipment purchase, remediation-as-a-service, licensing, recovered-value share or blended capital — are considered only after technical and legal review. Every material commitment is stage-gated. Ministry status does not eliminate environmental, contracting, securities, tax, employment or professional-licensure obligations.
